Resources we offer
Shop for CDCES Gear
Show your CDCES pride! Visit the CBDCE Shop on our website to order CDCES-branded merchandise, including lapel pins, retractable ID/badge holders, tote bags, water bottles, and more. CBDCE will be working on BC-ADM branded merchandise in the near future!
Get Listed in the ‘Locate a CDCES’ Directory
It's vital that people with diabetes can locate you. Set up your public profile listing in the CDCES portal so you can be included in the Locate a CDCES Directory. Once you've activated your account on the website, you'll sign in to the portal and set up your public directory listing that includes information about you and your practice.
Free Promotional Flyers to Help Promote What You Do
CBDCE offers CDCESs a resource to help promote the value of the credential.
Each flyer has specific messaging. One flyer was designed for people with diabetes to encourage their partnership with a CDCES; the other flyer is tailored to health care providers (HCPs) to encourage the referral of people with diabetes to see a CDCES.
To help you personalize and promote your services or practice, you can imprint your name and contact information or attach your business card to each flyer. We have made it easy for you to download the pdf and send the file to print internally or send it to a professional printer.
Ways you can use the flyers:
- Hand out the next time you consult with clients
- Distribute at health events or internal/external meetings
- Mail to potential candidates for care and education
- Distribute the flyer to health care providers in your area
- Any other ideas to spread the word of CDCES value!
Be sure to share with CBDCE ideas or suggestions you may have to help promote what you do. Please contact Susan Hall, Marketing and Communications Manager at shall@cbdce.org to share ideas or if you have any questions.
Need a Duplicate Certificate or Wallet Card?
Duplicate certificates and wallet cards are available through CBDCE for a small fee. Download the order form and submit to CBDCE.
Showcase your Credential
Showcase your CDCES or BC-ADM credential by using the CDCES or BC-ADM logo on your business cards, marketing material, email signature, etc. CBDCE grants permission to use the CDCES and BC-ADM logo as long as your certification remains valid.
Mentorship Program
Are you an experienced CDCES who is interested in helping grow the number of CDCESs? In the Mentorship Program, mentors help mentees accrue experience in order to meet the practice requirement for initial certification. The program is very rewarding and your mentor activities can be counted as hours toward your CDCES renewal!
Verification System
Make it easy for employers, consumers, and healthcare providers to easily verify your CDCES certification status.
